Christopher Shala - President
Chris has been in the employ of Pharmachem for 9 years where he has held several executive posts ranging from R&D to marketing. Approximately one year ago, Chris was named President/GM. Under Chris's direction, Pharmachem has had a rebirth of customer focus manifesting in new products and a greater percentage of customization.
A graduate of Penn State in bio-technology, with broad professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, coupled with his deep knowledge of Pharmachem Corporation enables Pharmachem to serve its customers effectively and efficiently.

Ronald Kratz - Vice-President of Sales and Marketing
Ron has extensive intellectual property experience within the Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industries. He has held several senior executive posts in both public and private enterprises. Ron also has a vast international background with a focus on marketing and distribution in Europe and the Americas. He earned his MBA from the University of Stirling in Scotland.
Toby Hart Dyke - Director of Intellectual Property and Licensing
Following a degree in Natural Sciences (Chemistry) at Cambridge University, Toby spent many years with patent information publishers Derwent Information (now Thomson Scientific). His roles included production, product development, IT and technical sales, in both the UK, and the US.
Toby has extensive experience with databases and web development, as well as a broad spectrum of intellectual property, most recently with LexisNexis.
